Helping You Come Back to Yourself

I help women in Newport Beach, CA heal from trauma, navigate life's transitions, and reconnect with themselves so they can move beyond survival mode, trust themselves again, and create lives that feel grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.

Why This Work Is Personal

This work is deeply personal to me.

Like many of the women I work with, I've experienced the impact of generational trauma and know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to keep the peace, meet expectations, or simply survive.

I also know that life transitions can challenge even the strongest sense of self.

Becoming a mother transformed me in ways I never expected, bringing both incredible joy and moments that required me to rediscover who I was. That experience deepened my empathy for women navigating identity shifts, changing relationships, and the emotional weight that often comes with major life transitions.

My own healing—and my journey through motherhood—taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about returning to yourself with greater compassion, self-trust, and authenticity.

That realization is what inspired me to become a therapist.

How We’ll Work Together

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed.

I integrate somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and Perinatal Mental Health with a deep understanding of how trauma can affect both the mind and body.

Together, we'll work to regulate your nervous system, build self-trust, strengthen your relationships, and help you move through life's transitions with greater confidence and resilience.

You Don’t Have to Earn Your Worth

I believe healing begins when you no longer have to earn your worth through people-pleasing, perfectionism, or constantly proving you're enough.

Therapy in Newport Beach, CA is a space where every part of you is welcome—where you can slow down, feel understood, reconnect with your body, and build a life that reflects who you truly are, not just who you've had to be.

If you're ready to stop surviving and start living with more confidence, clarity, and connection, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Therapy with me is

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Compassionate

I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.

Collaborative

We'll work together to create a therapy experience that's tailored to your goals, values, and lived experiences.

Body- Centered

We'll explore not only your thoughts, but also what your body is holding, helping you find lasting relief.

I know what it’s like…

For a long time, I believed my value came from taking care of everyone else. I became the one who held it all together, anticipated other people's needs, and kept moving no matter how exhausted I felt. Like so many people who grow up with generational trauma,I learned to stay small, stay strong, and stay in survival mode.

What changed wasn't that my past disappeared—it was that I stopped believing I had to keep carrying it alone. I learned to listen to my body instead of pushing through it. I discovered that my needs weren't a burden, my boundaries weren't selfish, and my worth was never something I had to earn.

That healing changed the way I move through the world, and it's what inspired me to become a therapist.

Today, I help others break free from the patterns that once helped them survive but no longer allow them to truly live. Together, we'll gently untangle the beliefs, protective patterns, and nervous system responses that have kept you stuck, so you can reconnect with yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels grounded, authentic, and fully your own.

⟡ Maybe you've spent so long taking care of everyone else that you can't remember the last time you asked yourself what you need.

⟡ Maybe food, your body, or the number on the scale have become the only things that feel like they can be controlled, even though you're exhausted by the constant mental noise.

⟡ Maybe becoming a parent—or trying to become one—has brought old wounds to the surface, leaving you wondering why everything feels so much harder than you expected.

If any of that feels familiar, you're not alone.

I don't believe you're broken or that you need to be "fixed." I believe your mind and body learned ways to survive experiences that felt overwhelming, unsafe, or too much to carry alone. Together, we'll gently make sense of those patterns instead of judging them.

My approach blends trauma-informed talk therapy with somatic work, helping you understand not only why you feel the way you do, but also how to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe. We'll move at your pace, build practical tools for everyday life, and create a space where you don't have to earn your worth by being perfect, productive, or everything to everyone.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to the person you've always been underneath survival.

A Peek Behind the Therapist Hat

When I'm not wearing my therapist hat, you'll usually find me chasing after my toddler, attempting to drink my coffee while it's still hot, or spending time with my family. Motherhood has stretched and humbled me, teaching me that life rarely goes according to plan—and that there's often beauty in the unexpected.

I believe taking care of ourselves isn't selfish, which is why you'll often find me at the gym. Moving my body is one of my favorite ways to recharge and reconnect with myself. I also love coffee, exploring new places, weekend adventures, bookstores, and discovering a new restaurant or hidden gem.

At home, you'll find me curled up with my dogs, getting lost in a good book, catching up on a favorite show, or enjoying time with the people I love. I appreciate the little things—belly laughs, meaningful conversations, cozy nights in, and the perfectly imperfect moments that remind us we're human.

At the end of the day, I'm a real person who understands that life can be messy, complicated, and full of unexpected transitions. I know what it's like to juggle different roles, question yourself, and keep showing up when things feel hard. My lived experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to meet you with authenticity, warmth, curiosity, and compassion. My hope is that in therapy, you'll feel genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged as you find your way back to yourself.
