Helping women heal from trauma, navigate life's transitions, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy.
Whether you're navigating motherhood, relationship changes, anxiety, burnout, or a season of uncertainty, therapy can provide a space to slow down, process what you're carrying, and reconnect with yourself beyond the roles and responsibilities that often come first.
Anxiety Doesn't Just Affect Your Thoughts...
Anxiety doesn't just affect your thoughts—it can shape how you experience motherhood, relationships, work, and your sense of self.
You might feel…
Like you're constantly carrying the emotional and mental load for everyone around you.
Overwhelmed by the expectations of motherhood, work, relationships, and daily life.
Stuck in cycles of worry, guilt, self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing.
Like you should be enjoying this season of life more than you actually are.
Exhausted from being the person everyone depends on.
Disconnected from yourself, your partner, your body, or the person you were before this chapter of life.
Therapy for women's anxiety, trauma, and life transitions offers…
A space where you don't have to pretend you're okay or continue carrying everything alone. Together, we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and nervous system patterns contributing to anxiety and overwhelm. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed and somatic approach, we'll work toward greater regulation, self-trust, confidence, and connection with yourself.

MEET YOUR WINTER PARK, FL THERAPIST
Hi, I'm Leticia, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist. I help women heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy.
Maybe you've spent years being the person everyone counts on. You care deeply for the people around you, but somewhere along the way, your own needs have moved to the bottom of the list. You may be navigating motherhood, relationship changes, career demands, or another major transition while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
I've spent years supporting individuals healing from trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a nervous system-informed and somatic perspective to help you understand your experiences, build self-trust, and move beyond survival mode.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. Becoming a parent showed me how powerful life transitions can be—how seasons of change can bring old wounds, fears, expectations, and questions of identity to the surface. I understand what it feels like to move through change while caring for others and searching for your own sense of grounding and connection.
Therapy isn't about becoming someone new or fixing what is wrong with you. It's about creating space to heal, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and build a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and aligned with who you truly are.
I know you’re tired of feeling…
I know you're tired of feeling like everyone needs something from you.
You're constantly thinking about what's next, who needs you, what needs to get done, and whether you're doing enough. Even when you finally have a moment to yourself, it can be difficult to actually relax.
Maybe you've become so accustomed to being the strong one that asking for help feels uncomfortable—or even selfish. You miss having space for your own needs, interests, relationships, and sense of identity.
You want to feel calmer and more present. You want to trust yourself, enjoy the people you love, and feel like you again instead of simply managing everything around you.

Imagine being able to care for others without constantly abandoning yourself. To set boundaries without guilt, ask for support without shame, and experience motherhood, relationships, and everyday life with more presence.
