Women’s Trauma & Life Transitions Therapy in Jupiter, FL

Helping women heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy.

You may be the person everyone turns to—the one who keeps things together, supports the people you love, and pushes through when life gets difficult. But underneath the surface, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you need. Therapy can give you space to step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself.

Anxiety Doesn't Just Affect Your Thoughts...

Anxiety doesn't just affect your thoughts—it can shape how you experience your relationships, boundaries, work, and sense of self.

You might feel…

  • Like you're constantly monitoring everyone else's emotions while ignoring your own.

  • Stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or fear of conflict.

  • Unsure how to set boundaries without feeling guilty or selfish.

  • Exhausted from being the one who always understands, accommodates, or holds everything together.

  • Like past experiences continue to influence how you show up in relationships.

  • Disconnected from your own needs, values, and sense of identity.

Therapy for women's anxiety, trauma, and life transitions offers…

A space where you don't have to minimize your experiences or keep figuring everything out on your own. Together, we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, relationship patterns, and nervous system responses that may be contributing to anxiety and overwhelm. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed and somatic approach, we'll work toward greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and a stronger connection with yourself.

Does this feel familiar?

You’re used to being dependable, understanding, and emotionally available, but your own needs often come last. You may struggle to ask for help or feel guilty when you prioritize yourself.

You second-guess your decisions, replay conversations, and wonder if you're being too sensitive or asking for too much. It can be difficult to know whether you're listening to your own needs or trying to keep everyone else happy.

You may find yourself people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, overfunctioning, or struggling to set boundaries. Even when you know something isn't working, changing familiar patterns can feel incredibly difficult.

You don't want to keep repeating the same patterns or abandoning yourself to maintain peace. You want healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, greater self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

In our work together, we will...

  • Explore the experiences that shaped you
We'll look at past experiences and relationships with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand how they may continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

    Understand your nervous system
We'll explore how stress and trauma show up in your body and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and present.

    Strengthen your relationship with yourself
We'll create space to understand your needs, values, emotions, and desires so you can make choices based on what feels right for you—not simply what keeps everyone else comfortable.

    Build healthier boundaries
You'll learn to recognize where you may be overextending yourself, practice communicating your needs, and develop boundaries without allowing guilt to make your decisions for you.

Break relationship patterns that no longer serve you
We'll explore people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, overfunctioning, self-abandonment, and other protective patterns that may have once helped you feel safe.

Navigate life's transitions with greater confidence
Whether you're experiencing a relationship change, becoming a parent, shifting careers, healing from trauma, or entering a new chapter, we'll work together to help you move forward without losing yourself along the way.

Together, we'll create a space where you can slow down, feel deeply understood, and reconnect with yourself beyond the patterns that taught you to put everyone else first. Through a compassionate, somatic approach, we'll support you in healing past experiences, building a deeper sense of safety within yourself, and learning to trust your needs, your boundaries, and your own inner voice.

Hi, I'm Leticia, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist. I help women heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy.

Maybe you've spent years being the strong one—the person others rely on to listen, understand, compromise, and keep the peace. You may be highly attuned to everyone else's needs while struggling to identify or express your own. Over time, this can leave you feeling anxious, resentful, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.

I've spent years supporting individuals healing from trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a nervous system-informed and somatic perspective to help you understand your experiences, strengthen self-trust, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Becoming a parent showed me how powerful life transitions can be and how easily major changes can bring old wounds, expectations, and questions of identity to the surface. I understand how challenging it can be to care for others while also trying to find your way back to yourself.

Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, heal what has hurt, and build a life and relationships that feel more authentic, balanced, and aligned with who you are.

I know you’re tired of feeling…

I know you're tired of feeling responsible for everyone's feelings.

You've spent so much time keeping the peace, anticipating what others need, and making sure everyone around you is okay that you've learned to put your own needs on the back burner.

Maybe you replay conversations, worry about disappointing people, or feel guilty when you say no. You may know you need stronger boundaries but struggle with the fear of being selfish, difficult, or letting someone down.

You want to stop second-guessing yourself. You want relationships where you can be honest about what you need without feeling like you're asking for too much.

Most of all, you want to feel secure enough in yourself to stop abandoning your own needs just to keep everyone else comfortable.
